P.S. Also I know that "home" is Rhode Island. I don't know if you use that word for India anymore or no. I use that word to mean my homeland (where I was born) (Arkansas) as well as my current residence (Pennsylvania). Mainly, I just wanted to share our funny little "say foam" joke. : )
OH! And “home”? I’ve grown used to thinking of Wherever I Currently Am as “home”! I tend to maintain a small core of possessions that can be deployed anywhere, to help me adjust to being a part-time nomad.
Susan! I LOVE “say foam”! It’s exactly the kind of wit that tickles my brain. I have a sort of similar one. I used to deploy it in those distant days of online “chat rooms”. When asked for my location, I would write “Nude Elly” then sit back chuckling as many urgent little mosquitoes buzzed in puzzlement. You have to say it out loud to get the name of my city of domicile!
How delightful to find an email whose title read "most recent source of delight"! I always love to hear about your adventures! And I watched BOTH clips, since you-know-who was elected and my head's stuffed up, and my classes are over, thank GOD. Thank YOU for the treat! One of the things parents complain about is watching kids' movies over and over. But the REALLY GOOD ONES are so well-made that they stand up to multiple viewings (e.g. all the CARS movies--which have lots of little cleverisms in there that skate by upon a single viewing. Must be fun to work on!). The Despicable Me ones are well-done! : ).
Glad you're safe home (or as we say in our circle, "Say foam."). XOXO
I missed out on the CARS movies! One has to be in the right mood though, for any of these films. Sometimes the frantic pace doesn’t suit my mood. But THIS time … it was exackly righttttt! Currently, on Netflix, there’s a Christmas movie with potential. It’s called THAT CHRISTMAS. It’s set in a tiny English village, which is SO multi-culti you begin to smile just to see the familiar buttons waiting to be pressed. I only watched a few minutes but I’ll probably go back to watch some more!
Haha … well … most long journeys turn out to be epic sagas! So many people, so many steps to take or not take or to stumble over. I try to be grateful each time we arrive in one piece, without losing something precious. Such as one’s temper …

Same! "Home is where you hang your hat!" Except I don't usually have hats. "Home is where you hang." XOXO

Ahh to miss you again! This week in Bhopal [] home [] then off to Mumbai and Pune. Delhirium plan late Feb and half of March.
Be careful, Delhi air has been better, to put it mildly. Suppose you will meet Sunita and Sonal.
Thank you Kaneez! Yes, I am trying to breath Very Carefully …
Sadly, no I have not seen S & S. I think I may have missed them once again.
Good stuff. Hate loud co-passengers. Are u back in Delhirium?
Yes! Back in the Glorious Capital. Gradually returning to IST. And yes, loud co-passengers are the smelly armpits of the Universe.
Looks like you had quite the journey across the seas :D mask up in Delhirium and hope to see you soon!
